🎯 Selection Procedure (SSC CGL)
The selection process for SSC CGL 2025 consists of two main tiers:
- Tier-I (Qualifying): Computer Based Examination (CBE). This stage is qualifying in nature. Marks are NOT added to the final merit.
- Tier-II (Deciding Factor): Paper-I (Compulsory for all), Paper-II (JSO), Paper-III (SI Grade II). Final Merit List is prepared based on marks obtained in Tier-II only.
- Data Entry Speed Test (DEST): It is mandatory for all posts but is qualifying in nature. (2000 Key Depressions in 15 Minutes).

The wait is finally over for lakhs of government job aspirants! The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the result of the Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) Examination 2025 on 18 December 2025. The examination was conducted successfully in computer-based mode from 12 September to 26 September 2025 across various centers in the country.
Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their qualifying status by downloading the official Merit List PDFs (List 1, List 2, and List 3) available on the new official website ssc.gov.in. Along with the result, the commission has also released the category-wise **Cut-off Marks** in the official Writeup PDF. Shortlisted candidates are now eligible to appear for the Tier-II Examination scheduled for January 2026.

The result has been published in PDF format containing Roll Numbers and Names of qualified candidates. Follow these steps to check your result:
- Step 1: Visit the important links section above or go to ssc.gov.in.
- Step 2: Click on the “Result” tab and select “CGL”.

- List 1: For AAO (Assistant Audit/Accounts Officer).

🚀 What’s Next: Tier 2 Exam Strategy
Qualifying Tier 1 is just the first milestone. The marks of Tier 1 are qualifying in nature and will not be added to the final merit list. The real battle begins now with Tier 2.
- Exam Date: Tier 2 will be held in January 2026.
- Pattern: It will include Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge Test (CKT).
- Typing Test: Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) is mandatory for all posts and will be conducted on the same day.
📈 SSC CGL 2025 Score Card & Final Answer Key
For candidates who qualified as well as those who did not, SSC will upload the Final Answer Keys along with the Question Papers shortly on its website.
