Following the declaration of the Stage-I Computer Based Test results on October 29, 2025, the Indian Coast Guard has initiated the process for Stage-II (Physical Fitness Test & Medicals). Candidates must follow these official steps to log in and retrieve their hall tickets for Navik GD or Yantrik posts:
- Visit the official ICG Recruitment Portal: joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
- Click on the ‘Candidate Login’ tab for the 01/2026 or 02/2026 Batch.

Stage-II Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet the following physical standards during the Stage-II evaluation. Note that PFT is qualifying in nature, but failure in any task results in immediate disqualification.
- 1.6 Km Run: To be completed within 7 minutes.
- 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak): Mandatory performance.
- 10 Push-ups: Mandatory performance.
- Height Standard: Minimum 157 cms (Relaxation applicable for specific regions).
- Chest: Should be well proportioned with minimum 5 cms expansion.
